The HSG START Accelerator is one of Switzerland’s leading programmes for deep tech founders, supported by a strong ecosystem including the START Foundation, Switzerland Innovation Park Ost, the Canton of St. Gallen, Deep Tech Nation Switzerland, and Project Switzerland.
Through this partnership, Swiss Professionals will work with Batch 2 startups to support them in strengthening their brand foundations, validating their products against market needs, and preparing for upcoming funding rounds. The focus is on helping founders clearly articulate their value, define their market positioning, and build a credible go-to-market foundation.

The Batch 2 Deep Tech Startups
The new accelerator cohort includes eight innovative ventures addressing challenges across healthcare, robotics, infrastructure, sustainability, and advanced hardware:
- Aithon Robotics – Developing autonomous drones for safer and more efficient inspections and maintenance work at height, reducing risk to human workers in hazardous environments.
- ExoSphere – Harnessing blood sample analysis to enable earlier cancer detection, with the potential to significantly improve patient survival rates.
- FireDrone – Engineered for extreme heat and hazardous conditions, their drones support emergency response teams and industrial inspection operations.
- goNEON – Deploying an agentic AI solution to enable compliant planning of infrastructure and transportation systems in cities.
- Lightlink Instruments AG – Pioneering hyperspectral camera technology for applications spanning pollution monitoring, display colour measurement, and earth observation.
- NoxBlanc – Reinventing the sleep experience through a personalised, adjustable mattress combining individual firmness and temperature control.
- optohive AG – Building next-generation wearable brain imaging technology for non-invasive, real-time measurement in precision medicine and brain health.
- SurfAce Cleantech – Empowering compostable packaging with advanced coating technology to boost performance, cut costs, and make sustainable solutions commercially competitive.
Across robotics, healthtech, AI, cleantech, and advanced hardware, the startups in this cohort represent the full breadth of Switzerland's deep tech ambition.
